Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

Shipping Options

Canada

We ship across all provinces in Canada using Canada Post standard shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 3–9 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post rates and your location.

United States

We also ship to the United States via Canada Post international shipping.

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

Please note that customs processing times may vary depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

Local Pickup (Montreal)

We offer local pickup in Montreal.

Pickup is available:

  • Near Snowdon Metro Station (by appointment)

Once your order is ready, you will receive pickup instructions and available time slots.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • weather conditions

  • carrier delays

  • high shipping volumes

  • customs processing for international orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the package and product (if damaged)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
