Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item has not been opened

  • The product remains in its original packaging with the seal intact

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

  • The product is in its original unused condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After reviewing the request, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Opened cosmetics

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items marked as Final Sale


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Important Notice

Returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
